Each Team will have a 23 man farm roster and an unlimited junior roster.
Farm Team
Will be drafted after the main draft. All players outside of the 2017 NHL entry draft will be eligible.
Each team will have a 23 man farm team. You can promote a farm player at any time at the cost of 1 waiver move. Any player over 2mnillion in salary must clear waivers to be demoted however.
Junior Team
Will be drafted after the Farm Team Draft. Only players from the 2017 NHL entry draft will be eligible. Junior rosters can only have players drafted in the last 3 years. After 3 years they must be promoted to the farm, active roster or cut. You have an unlimited amount of space on your junior team.
Players can be promoted from your junior roster, however once a player from your junior player is promoted- they can only be demoted down to your Farm Team- not your junior squad.
Waiver Moves
You'll have 20 waiver moves each year. You have to use them strategically- 20 is not a lot. Also to clarify Player X up/Player Y down- only counts as 1 waiver move. So its better to be organized rather than doing Player Y down, and then later on player x up- as each of those moves counts as 1 move in themselves.
